Why do we like this?

This song gave me the chills the first time I heard it. Simple and soothing yet so soporific, with vocals vividly layering on top of bopping beats.

But aside from the insane instrumental quality, it's also fronted by one of the best music videos I've seen all year. A wavy black and white piece traversing L.A., like little snapshots into a world sprawled out. Well paced, like this piece.

Overall, a solid track by way of the artist's friend, Freddy Ruppert. Perhaps the best I've heard all year. Can't wait for the EP available April 29 via Nosaj Thing's label, Timetable Records.
