The track is a stripped back, intimate exploration of the tenderness and care shown in a relationship, driven only by piano chords, Connie's powerful vocal, and intermittent choir melodies. The ballad type delivery is intrenched in soul and jazz influences, and it is quite refreshing to see such introspective themes from a relatively young artist.
In the video, she is shown alone in a bath tub, which cuts to scenes of a man tenderly washing her hair. Every shot is well thought out and beautifully set up, with an empowering concept which is truly mesmerising to watch.
