After a year hiatus Cocoa Futures returns with shimmering indie-pop single "Sink In The Water."
Produced by Brendan Willams (Dutch Uncles, GoGo Penguin) "Sink In The Water" captures the spark of mid-00s indie with a modern lashing of hypnotic guitar riffs and slinking synths. Speaking with Clash the band had this to say about the track;
Getting older doesn’t always feel like growing. It can feel a bit like sinking. There’s nothing inevitable about becoming a better person as you grow up and learn more.
"Sink In The Water" is a thrilling return from Cocoa Futures and here's hoping they have more great music like this to come.
