Why do we like this?

Melbourne electronic duo Close Counters have released their best track yet.

No strangers to Indie Shuffle, Allan and Finn are originally from Tasmania and are now basing themselves out of Melbourne. They've teamed up with another Melbourne local Laneous for the vocals on this standout.

I was drawn to this track initially for its slick catchy beat. But there's more going on here -- this track is equally playful and soulful. Ultimately it's about a girl and the one that's always on the tip of your tongue...

The song is about when a girl takes over your thoughts. And everything you do reminds you of her in some way. And it’s shit.

Haha, nothing shit about this one. Word on the street is these three could end up collaborating more again in the future.
