Why do we like this?

I know we're not super fond of blowing up pop artists here on the Shuffle, but how in the world can we ignore such a lo-fi, funk-tastic edit of "Bitch Better Have My Money," aptly re-titled "riri boogie."

Personally, I've been getting my boogie on with this track ever since I heard it. It gets me moving. Such a clever combo to pair Rihanna with that lo-fi, retro funk sound; and the Japanese vocals at the end are like icing on the cake. 

Cilon is keeping it low key, for now at least maybe. I can't find much info on him other than that he's from Switzerland. The dude has skills though and I'd definitely keep him on your radar.

"riri boogie" now lives right up there with The Meeting Tree - First Place Pt.1 (Jayteehazard Remix) as one of my favorites. Love mixing the modern with that soul/funk feel.
