Why do we like this?

"Absolutely beautiful" is probably the best descriptor I can use for Jamie Isaac's remix of "Gun." With this rendition, he has turned the powerful energy of the original track (released only last week) into a melodic and thoughtful song that, well...will probably have listeners stopping and thinking twice.

And you know what it reminds me of? The curveball that Ellie Goulding threw us when she covered Alt-J. If this subdued trend in the world of UK future garage continues (a la Jessie Ware, London Grammar, AlunaGeorge), you can bet your bottoms I won't be complaining.
