The end of the year is upon us, but that's not stopping Texan songstress Chelsea Lankes from sharing her creative juices. She's already had a great year, with previous singles such as "Down For Whatever" and "Too Young To Fall In Love" setting a solid foundation. On top of that, she’s looking to release more music via a new EP next year.

While we wait for that anticipated release, here's a dose of what's to come with her new track “Home.” It’s a heartfelt pop single on which she sings about the heartaches of a forlorn relationship. Although the lyrics may pierce your heart, her airy vocals will lift you up.
