Why do we like this?
Nashville-based Chelsea Lankes is a relative newcomer on the scene (at least in my book). She first crossed my path last week when a friend recommended her single "Ghost."

The song is a slow-burner that showcases Chelsea's amazing potential. I'd categorize it somewhere between electro-pop and darkwave, which makes a comparison (off the top of my head) somewhat hard to make. Let's just say "sounds like Ellie Goulding."

"Ghost" will appear on her upcoming EP titled Lucid, available some time in February of 2014.
