Why do we like this?

It's welcoming to find out Charlotte Day Wilson has released music. Although, maybe one day it isn't. I'm picturing a reality in which CDW's released her fifth studio album and it causes listener-hysteria, which spreads, ultimately leading to our world's demise.

For now, I'm glad that's not the case. "Mountains" is just an indie soul number, and not some route for mass destruction.

The track was released through Day Wilson's own Stone Woman Music. A name which alludes to her magnificent "Stone Woman."
