When two of Australia's most exciting up-and-coming electronic artists get together, you can almost guarantee the results are going to be a little bit special. Modern R&B artist Oscar Key Sung has become an Indie Shuffle regular over the past 12 months, while Brisbane's Charles Murdoch has also started to turn plenty of heads. Having already supported the likes of T.E.E.D, Nicolas Jaar and Shlohmo, the Future Classic-affiliated producer is fast becoming one of Australia's most well-respected talents.
Coming together on "Dekire," it's an irresistible mix, with Key Sung's crooning (almost ghostly) vocals enveloped by Murdoch's fluid production. A single off Murdoch's upcoming EP Weathered Straight, this a phenomenal collaboration, and an exciting indication of the potential of both artists.
