The newest single from Charles Howl, "Going Down With A Hi," is a perfect combination of Brit pop and surf rock.

As the song takes off, it soon lays out some really great but unassuming chord changes, which is what keeps the track interesting and fresh. Simplistic in its format, the actual orchestration is the opposite. This track is not something that you can only play once.
