Why do we like this?

"Brother" follows on from Caswell's previous release of "Animal" which found an impressive reception with over 100,000 streams on Spotify in just over a month. It also comes with a nice and simple video.

It's an immensely moving ballad which takes the form of an open and honest letter to her estranged brother - you can hear typewriter effects at the beginning and end echoing this concept. It's a slow-build ballad filled with emotion and a desperation for reconciliation which all manifest in the vocals to stunning effect.

The promising London singer-songwriter clearly has a lot more to offer us and I'm excited to see what's still to come.
