Why do we like this?

"It [music] serves as a reminder to pause and appreciate my time on earth, for all its chaos and its beauty," says Jenkins describing why she contiunes to push boundaries and explore new sounds in her music. And I couldn't have said it better myself after listneing to her latest single, "Only One," off her forthcoming album.

The Brooklyn singer/songwriter expounds on her folk sound blending folk and lush ambient pop while folding in elements of dream pop, and even jazz. And the result is simply divine!
