Why do we like this?
Melbourne's Casper Cult burst on to my radar a couple of weeks back with their intriguing debut single "Industrial Love," a track that immediately reminded me of one of my favorite artists, Bibio. Luckily for all of us, the duo has wasted little time in sharing a new track, and "Endless Nightmare" premieres on Indie Shuffle today.
The combination of Dylan Hill's production and Alisha Linsdell's vocals works so well, it's a surprise that they've only been working together for a year. Hill makes use of Linsdell's voice as another instrument, and it adds so much to the dreamy nature of the track. While I was impressed with their debut, I'm infatuated by its follow-up.
Casper Cult's EP is due out on Dry Cry Records in the coming months.
