Why do we like this?
Last time Carousel got a lot of attention was when Sound Remedy remixed their single "Let's Go Home." If you haven't heard it, check it out -- the vocals are amazing.
Made up by duo Kevin Friedman and Jackson Phillips, Carousel have been drumming attention over the last few months with a beautiful and poppy approach to music (it almost sounds like The Postal Service). "Stay Awake" will be released alongside singles like "Let's Go Home" and "Where Have You Gone?" some time in 2013, on the band's second EP.
There's not a whole lot more to say: these guys have indie pop sensibility, and the internet's gobbling it up.
