Why do we like this?
It's kinda odd that on a Monday I'd be at a total loss for a Song of the Day. A new one, that is. So I've fallen back to one of my favorites from the last few years, "Sun."
Off Caribou's 2010 album Swim, it's a droney electronic experiment that, while containing only one real lyric, manages to keep most listeners captivated throughout its nearly six-minute exploration.
So what's Dan Snaith up to these days? He's had a couple tracks released under the moniker Daphne, but to my knowledge isn't exactly prepping to unleash a new album. Whenever he does though, you can bet your buttons that it'll be featured as Song of the Day.
