Why do we like this?
A couple days back I was recommended this track by the guys over at Gotta Dance Dirty, and it really stood out to me for a couple reasons.
For one, the artist being remixed is Capital Cities, who's recent album In a Tidal Wave of Mystery stands out as one of my favorite release this year. Their brand of fun and energetic music not only makes for an awesome life performance, but also translates amazingly when recorded. Need an intro? Check out "Farrah Fawcett Hair," ft. Andre 3000.
Secondly, Forever Kid has done a beast of a remix on this one, transforming the already-catchy "Kangaroo Court" into an awesome, borderline-progressive house track.
