One of my favorite artists to have come around the last few years has been Cape Francis, the project of Kevin Olken Henthorn, formerly of the band Stone Cold Fox.
No doubt at some point in the last year and half you've heard his track "Olly" off of 2017's Falling To Pieces. Cape Francis is back at it with a new track, "Button Up," set to be a part of the new album Deep Water, which is due out on March 1st.
"Button Up" finds Henthorn doing some soul searching as he gently croons over a beautifully laid out track about coming to terms with his life. This one is guaranteed to give you the feels, as the track swells with reverb heavy guitar and horns as it tries to fill the little spot in your heart that feels like it will never be able to heal.
If this track is any indication, then Deep Water is certainly an album worth some hype.
