Why do we like this?

I got hooked on Callum Pitt's falsetto vocal style pretty much instantly. There's something about his new song "Rabbits" that is not only genuine, but also catchy. Every time I hear it I find myself slipping back into a pleasant state of bliss.

The Newcastle-based musician has slowly been garnering a following, with coverage from BBC and inclusion in a few solid Spotify playlists. I have a feeling that "Rabbits" is bound to propel him further into the indie-folk limelight (if there is such a thing).

Stay tuned for me. If he keeps producing songs as good as this, you can bet your buttons we'll be on top of them.
