Just around the corner is the debut EP from Brooklyn-based synth pop duo Cafuné. They’re also making their Indie Shuffle debut today with this track called “Warm Body.”
Cafuné consists of lead singer Sedona working alongside producer/instrumentalist Noyu. It was a collaborative effort at the time they made this track, where they bounced demos and the like back and forth across the Atlantic.
The end result is an especially shiny production that’s nicely synthed and especially complementary to Sedona’s bright vocals. As I mentioned earlier, Cafuné's debut EP called Love Songs For Other People is due out soon, actually later this week on December 11.
