Why do we like this?

Brasstracks describe their sound as 'future brass.' That label is not only a fun play on the popular 'future bass' tag but it's also an accurate description of what these guys are doing with electronic music and brass instruments.

The release of "Good Love" is the first time we've heard vocals inside a Brasstracks song. And what I way to do so! If you've ever wondered how to combine hip-hop and jazz, THIS is how. Vocals here come from rising London-based hip-hop artist Jay Prince.

Brasstracks' debut EP is due out this summer. It's very high on my list of what I'm looking forward to hearing in the coming months.
