The boys from Lancaster are back with some Balearic soul for you to enjoy. This time, their hit single, "Baby I Got That," comes re-packaged à la Justin Martin. Martin, a San Francisco native, once again delivers another amazingly fun track to round out his already stellar repertoire. Coming off the successful release of Ghettos & Gardens on Claude Von Stroke's Dirtybird Records, Martin cemented himself as one of the most ubiquitous producers of last year.
While the original mix toys with the chilled-out R&B feel that the teen duo is known for, Martin shows you how well that Bondax sound comes out on the other side of the dance spectrum. Mr. Martin keeps the jangly piano stabs, but speeds up the tempo a bit, filters through those ethereal vocals, and adds some disco bounce to this amazing remix.
