Why do we like this?
About a week ago we shared a great remix of Bon Iver's "Perth" by Teen Daze. The effort was part of a remix competition opened up by Justin Vernon (Bon Iver's lead singer), a call to arms that has spurred a flurry of activity.
Today, Hannes Fischer unveiled his take. I knew it would be good before I even hit play - his prior examples include awesome Feist, Radiohead and Caribou remixes, among others.
Indeed, at almost 7 minutes long, this rendition of "Perth" is as soothing and haunting as the original.
