Why do we like this?
I've been trying to avoid writing about singles lately, but this remix is just too good. It's got some really chill, ambient drum and bass from Irish production duo Logarithmia. The remix is for a track from Blu Mar Ten's 2009 album Natural History, and it surely takes the track to a different level for me.
I feel like I'm in an arcade playing pinball at some point in this song when the bells chime in. These feelings are short-lived, though, as the smooth ambiance of the track quickly kicks back in and takes over. I love the combination of steady beat with an ambient atmosphere; it keeps me moving while sending sweet melodies into my ears. This remix executes perfectly.
