Why do we like this?

Craving some dark, mellow, vibey R&B? Look no further.

Ever since noticing the lack of an Indie Shuffle feature, I've been wanting to post something by the LA-based singer/songwriter/producer known as Blackbear for some time. After hearing the latest on his SoundCloud titled "Down 4 U," I figured no better time than the present.

Keen eared folks may recognize the the wavy use of Great, Good, Fine, OK's indie pop sample. Co-produced by yet another City of Angels artist known as Gnash, this track nicely showcases the contemporary R&B talent that's coming out of Hollywood right now.
