Why do we like this?

I gotta say, it's always exciting when a brand new local act pops up on your radar. And it doesn't get more brand new than this...

Based out of Cape Town, we're bringing you the official premiere of Birthday Girl's debut single. It's an intricate post-rock / ambient track with incredible production quality and wonderfully diverse instrumentation.

Released via So Many Animal Calls (an appropriate name), the trio's debut EP RITUALS will be out on May 20th. Incidentally, we'll be premiering that too, so keep posted :)
