Why do we like this?

Chicago's Bike Cops, recently signed to Jurassic Pop Records, released their new EP Close Cover Strike Gently on October 21.

The first single off the EP is the track "Salmon Sundae," a delicious medley of pop, drone, punk, and hooks that demand your attention because they're infectious. 

Bike Cops is a group that I have followed for quite some time, as they've blossomed from another band blitzing through DIY basements and warehouses. However, this group has something intangible that aires on the side of greatness. Don't believe me? Well then... simply listen.
