Why do we like this?

There are those songs that feel like they've known you your whole life. Matthew Mconaughey and this song have been watching you from the bookshelf, like in Interstellar, since you were a child.

When adolescence dawned, and you're attention shifted to the opposite sex, it wasn't your love interest Whatsapping you, it was this song, and again, Matthew Mconaughey. Wistful banter with a playful romantic that you thought was from Jennifer or Brad, was just this song, and Matthew.
