Why do we like this?

Ladies and gentlemen: Ben Talmi. He's only got one song to his name, but it's had a strong-enough impact to convince me that it warrants today's Song of the Day.

The Brooklyn-based artist first rose to my attention when Hilly Dilly picked up a premiere of the track, due to be released aon an upcoming debut EP titled My Art Of Almost.

The song is upbeat and full of contagious, synth-pop glee. From the intro to the catchy transition around the 2:30 mark, he's clearly an artist to keep following.
