Why do we like this?

Hello, Beirut! I remember the first time I heard your song "Postcards from Italy" off 2006's debut Gulag Orkestar. It was so amazingly refreshing that I had to rush out and tell all my friends.

Now, here you are again, teasing us with a recording of a song you've been playing at shows since 2009. "East Harlem" not only features your signature vocals and instrumental styling, but also comes with six amazing beagles. My personal favorite is the skew-eyed homeboy front-right. His vision perfectly captures the way you make my ears feel.
