Beat Connection is no stranger to the Shuffle. They are a completely lovely electronic duo from Seattle, WA. Juenger and Koplowitz have nearly mastered the art of combining lo-fi, dream pop with flavors ranging from garage to nu disco. It's an amazing blend that conjures up a good feeling with each
song, accentuated by the fact that every recording sounds like the perfect soundtrack -- slightly tropical, slightly 80s, and wholly grandiose, like poetry in motion.
But to emphasize their European tendencies (had you told me they were UK based I wouldn't have flinched), Beat Connection enlisted 16-year-old newcomer,
Cellar for their newest remix of "Further Out."
Based out of Brighton, Cellar crafts a danceable garage house version of this coastal pop anthem. The original is off their newest release,
The Palace Garden, and can be found
here.
