I came across 25-year-old Minneapolis-based producer Alec Ness AKA Su Na a couple of months ago, and I'm honestly hooked.
His chilled out, RnB style productions are perfect for any listening space, from hanging with friends or commuting to work on the crowded 9am train after your bike tyre goes flat.
This remix of Basecamp's "esc" is another perfect addition to his swiftly growing catalogue of on point productions. Ofcourse, BASECAMP themselves don't make it hard, with a basis of the ridiculously smooth, sultry original leaving su na with plenty of gorgeous sounds on which to base the remix.
"I stretched "esc" into this evolving piece that eventually lands in a drum-forward groove, filled with syncopation, playing off the rhythm of the original." - su na
