Why do we like this?

"Waiting" is the first release from Nashville singer songwriter Bantug, otherwise known as Amanda to her friends and family. Previously associated with local act Traveller, Bantug has gone solo and the results don't disappoint.

At just under three minutes, "Waiting" is dreamy pop at its best, with Bantug's fluffy vocals gliding over the bubbling production that features a killer bass line and subtle electronica.

This is a great first release and I can't wait to see what Bantug has in store over the coming year.
