Why do we like this?
Flashback Friday doesn't happen every week, but when it does it's oh sooo good. Why? Because I get to feature amazing songs like Band Of Horses' "The Funeral," released way back in 2006.
The song was the first single off the band's debut album Everything All The Time, an album which was met with critical acclaim throughout the industry. It even broke into the top 25 of Billboard's Heatseakers list -- a chart typically dominated by bullshit pop artists.
One listen to this song and you'll clearly understand why it was something special at the time. Hell, I'd venture to guess for many of you, this song still holds a spot in your heart.
