Kartell just remixed Aurora's "Conqueror" and crushed it. He takes the original popish sounding tune and somehow makes it connect to our souls and hearts a hell of a lot more.
I didn't dislike the original, but it felt a lot like SIA in terms of huge-hit sounding music, and I felt that the strings and chords in the hook were much too loud, which made the hook sound more like yelling than they do on this remix. The remix makes the hook seem way more natural. It makes it feel like more of an emotional type of passionate vocal, and I think (in my opinion) that should have been the original intention.
Either way, this remix will be much appreciated by your ears, and it just may leave you with more of a connection to this song and its pretty lyrics than the original.
