Why do we like this?

This ain't my normal cup of tea, but after 10 listens or so, I couldn't help but pop it up on the site. It reminds me a lot of London Grammar, but keeps things nice and smooth. To boot, there's the occasional beautiful melodic transition. Ultimately I find myself pretty convinced.

The song is based off an instrumental version by August Rosenbaum. While I haven't listened to that, I just say that this one works super well with the female vocals. Perhaps that's just because Coco O. is super super good? Shrug.

You'll be able to catch this as part of an upcoming album called Vista.
