Atlas Genius If So (Ron Flieger Remix)

Even though Atlas Genius are from my neck of the woods, like most Aussies, I only discovered them after they took SXSW by storm earlier this year. While I can't say I'm that interested in their debut, When It Was Now, the album did provide a number of quality singles, including the indie rocker "If So" and this ridiculously groovy remix.

The man responsible is Ron Flieger, and while his name might not sound familiar, the songwriter/producer is responsible for official remixes of such artists as Metric, Foster The People and Ladyhawke. Flieger infuses the indie influenced "If So" with heavy synths and bouncy percussion, maintaining the feel-good vibe of the original.
