Why do we like this?
Goldroom and Atlas Genius are two artists who have climbed quite high on my list of bands to watch.
Both have emerged with great music in the last year: Atlas Genius has hammered out catchy single after catchy single (check out "Symptoms"), while Goldroom's take on Niki & The Dove's "Mother Protect" remains one of my favorite remixes. So it goes without saying that seeing the two of them come together on a remix like this got me quite excited.
Goldroom's rendition of "Back Seat" doesn't necessarily stand out as one of the most creative cuts I've heard coming from his camp, but as a standalone track it's exactly what I was looking to feature as today's Song of the Day.
