Why do we like this?
ASTR is a pop duo from New York that has just released a debut single titled "Operate."  Their new track is blend of space-age samples and trap-style hi-hats that are infused with dark R&B vocals.  Honestly, when I first listened to this track, I was thinking of MS MR the whole time, which is a good thing.

While there is little info out there of this new up-and-coming pop outfit, you can grab their debut single, "Operate," for free on their SoundCloud page.
