Why do we like this?

Sir Sly are ramping up to release their debut album, which means they're keen to generate a whole bunch of buzz. Part of that strategy? A new cover.

This one tackles Arcade Fire's "Afterlife," a pensive and dark track. With their rendition, the LA band seem to have captured a similar vibe: dark, moody and generally downtempo. Personally, it's not my favorite approach, but I think the end result works decently.
