Why do we like this?
Alle Farben first caught my attention way back in 2012 with an absolutely fantastic remix of Daughter's "Smother." The track has picked up more than 75,000 plays on our site since then, so it's no surprise his name is still top of my radar.
As such, when this remix popped up in my inbox, I had little choice but to say "Yes."
At just under 7 minutes, Farben's remix of "Hold On" treats the original version to a slightly more-upbeat makeover. It retains a similar house vibe, but gone are the darker, more sinister vibes that persist in the original.
