Why do we like this?

Back in July I was turned on to a South African/Californian band called ANIMA! by Mike Zietsman of PHFat. Their single "Breathe" managed to catch my attention pretty pretty quickly, and this new song "Crave" has followed suit, accomplishing the same.

The band and I have a big in common, given that I too seem to have split my life between California and Cape Town. In light of that, it's pretty easy to relate to their sound/story/vibe -- and their music is good, to boot!
