Why do we like this?

The name of this track is appropriately titled "Thankful," and we are thankful for this song.

Why do we stan Andrew Younker? Well, this 21-year old from Michigan creates wispy synth-pop. With his hazy vocals and silky voice, he transports you to a cozy place in your mind full of pillows and blankets, or whatever. Like most bedroom pop, Andrew's music creates an internal warmth similar to nostalgia. 

What started in 2016 as a small project in his bedroom, has grown into a decent following of about 16,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. His most recent EP, Split, is equally as appealing to the ol' eardrums. The song "Unhook the Stars" is a sexy one, so definitely go check it out.
