Quickly becoming Australian electronic music's worst kept secret, Melbourne producer Andrei Ereminhas just taken a big step into the spotlight. Usually operating behind the scenes (producing for the likes of Chet Faker, Oscar Key Sung, and I'lls, among many others), we're now able to see another side of this wonderful talent on his debut single "Ghosts."
Featuring long-time collaborator Fractures, this track is absolute perfection, which will not surprise followers of both artists' previous work. A superb combination of electronic arrangement and Fractures' haunting vocals, the production here is top notch (big shock, huh?). Subtle and delicate in parts then powerful when it needs to be, the track is topped off with some of the most gorgeous use of keys you'll come across.
While Eremin continues to use his magic touch on other artists' work, I'll be eagerly awaiting more solo musicfrom him soon. Fractures' long awaited debut EP is due out soon, and with you know who helping out, it's bound to be a winner.
