allthingslost Sitwithme

I wrote about Brisbane singer and producer Allthingslost a few weeks back, as a feature on Golden Vessel's latest single "Can't Say." I now want to share some of his solo stuff, because it really is quite lovely.

Allthingslost creates poignant, desolate landscapes, using empty space in the most beautiful way to create suspense. "Sitwithme" is a slow-burning, swelling track that perfectly communicates the weight of emotional gravity in every note. Waves of atmospheric sound, soulful vocals, and melancholy songwriting tick all my boxes.

You probably wouldn't call this track polished, but I feel that is where the beauty lies -- it's vulnerable and honest to its core.
