Why do we like this?

How do you describe the indescribable?

Alice Phoebe Lou's voice has entranced and enchanted crowds across the globe, for good reason. The Berlin-based singer-songwriter has once again shown why her haunting voice was nominated for an Academy award, with her new single "Something Holy," a song that I've just decided could be my favorite of 2018.

"Something Holy" really captures the essence of what is to be in love, at least in my opinion, or at least what I'd imagine falling in love would feel like. There are moments where I have to pinch myself just to make sure I haven't drifted off into a dream, but that's just how blissful and serene this song is.

This is the sort of song you send to someone when you've just realized that they're "the one," and I think that's real swell.
