Ready for some fun? Strap in and make your way to a not-so-fairytale land where a woman has just killed her husband and is convincing the cops to let her go.
With lines such as "She looks so innocent with a weapon in her hand" and "So officer, I'm awfully sure, you see the truth. You know what's right. Go back to your lovely wife and have a wonderful night" this song is quite simply: badass! The driving synth-bassline summons the listening heart and tugs at it with temptation — it's captivatingly moreish.
I'm usually drawn to songs where the artist has a background in classical music but ol' ALIAS here changes that up with a background in jazz. Jazz, commonly identified by some level of improvisation, explains why "Cursed" makes such a big mark as the artist sets off into different genre realms and lands among the stars!
