Active Child is a one-man band who creates breathtakingly gorgeous electronic, soulful music. He's quickly gained a huge following since his start, and understandably so. The beauty that his music captures is a kind that is hard to duplicate.
Case in point: Active Child's new video for his single "Hanging On." If you're familiar with the song, then I highly suggest you watch the accompanying video. If you're not familiar with the song, then I highly suggest you watch the accompanying video.
Either way, the esthetics of the video are gorgeous, as if it's all a lucid dream of sorts. The video takes place in the wilderness mountains where two fly-fisherman are practicing their sport. The theme of the song intertwines with the theme of the video. I won't give too much away but I will say this: who knew that fly fishing would ever be so beautifully incorporated into an innovative indie artist's music?
Without further adieu, take almost 6 minutes, relax and watch the video for "Hanging On."
