Why do we like this?

Just short of six months since its release, "Bist du down?" still bumps you back to the 90s like it's nothing. I'm in Berlin for a month so it felt appropriate to shed some light on this globally German R&B summer anthem.

Both the music, produced by plusma, and video shot by Arnold Hammer and M.Henry, are doused in gorgeous 90s R&B references - with the German bringing in the more contemporary twist. It's a real mood-enhancer with smooth vocals and dance moves, killer outfits and bright, colorful graffiti as the main ingredients.
