Why do we like this?
We in San Francisco know the incredible power of sunshine. Because, well, we don't always get to see it that often (at least in the summer months). So when it really comes out (like it did last week!), there's not much we can do but go into full vacation mode. Giddy moods, daytime drinking, you know the drill.
But, when the fog roles back in, we can count on AB & The Sea to warm us right back up again. We covered their new single, "In The Sunshine," on our Fresh Meat playlist last week, but we decided this track needs its own post.
"In The Sunshine" is a great example of the infectious, hand-clapping California beach pop that's made them instant local favorites. The Bay Area band have honed their 60s pop sound and added some dance-friendly beats, making it a must-add to your summer vacation soundtrack.
